They have been impolite, didn’t answer my questions and after they do not have an answer they simply hold you hanging in the course of a chat and log out. I was transferred to 3 different reps and the final one just stopped chatting with me. There are many other sites that present higher service than what I actually have obtained at Hotels.com.
